Amazing!

Another week has passed, and Kara is no less amazed by the world around her.  Its as if suddenly the lights have come on and she is noticing everything.  And everything she notices must be touched, tasted, and explored.

It’s good to be back!

Finally we are back home after two long weeks of driving and beautiful breathtaking scenery. It is truly beautiful in Colorado. But before I offend any of my Texas friends - It’s better in Texas! :) And as they say, everything is bigger in Texas - even Kara!

Now FOUR months old!  See how much she’s grown!  Click below…

New Mexico - The Roberts, The Pueblos, and the Trip back Home

On our way back to Dallas we took a detour to visit the Roberts family vacationing in their 100 year old, 2 room log cabin in Chama, New Mexico.

From here we drove to Taos and saw the Taos Peublos. It reminded me (Ashish) of an old fashioned village in a small Indian town. The mud walls and the thousand year old traditional lifestyle is so similar to an Indian village. And when I say Indian, I mean the REAL Indians.

Finally we were on our way home.  We enjoyed our trip immensely, but we were ready for life to return to normal.  Kara was ready to be done with her car seat.  Through beautiful mountain roads, and flooded cities we journeyed back to Dallas.
