Kara goes to CAMP!
What a wonderful weekend we had at our church’s family camp! The ride in the car to Tyler was long, but Kara was wonderfully patient the whole way - even when she had to take a bottle in the car seat since we were running late!
There were so many things for Kara to see and do - there was a lake with a dock and rocking chairs where mom and Kara spent plenty of time rocking during the teaching sessions. There was a night full of loud thunderstorms - those can be kind of scary at first. But Saturday was dry and sunny, and there were flowers everywhere - dogwoods and azaleas and roses! Grandmama and Kara went for many walks to look at the flowers, and take planty of pictures in them. And there were two of Kara’s friends to visit with - Kyllinn (one week older than Kara) and Randall (one week younger). Bella was there too, only she was still in her mom’s tummy.
